Commenting on a development application
A comment is called a ‘representation’ by the ACT Government.
Submitting your comments by email is usually the simplest option. You must identify which DA you are commenting on.

Your comments do not have to be long, technical or detailed.
Do make your position clear. We also suggest personalising your submission: say something about the proposed development’s impact on you, your family and your community.
In your submission you must identify the development application by number
DA 202543965 Martin Street Curtin, Section 15, Block 1
and give your name, address and contact details.
You will be sent a receipt of your submission. If you don’t receive one, contact EPSDD at ACEPDCustomerServices@act.gov.au.
